3. Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed when Majulah Finance sends a written confirmation to the email address you provided, and payment has been received in full. Submitting an enrolment enquiry does not constitute a confirmed place.
A learner may enrol in more than one course. If two learners from the same household enrol together (paired enrolment), both must be confirmed by the same payment and the same enrolment date. Paired enrolment pricing, where applicable, will be stated in our written communication.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the details you have provided are accurate.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via PayNow or bank transfer. Payment details will be provided in our enrolment confirmation email. Full payment is due before the first session of the course.
We do not store credit card details on our systems. We do not currently offer instalment plans, though if this changes it will be noted in our communications.
A receipt will be issued by email once payment is received. If you do not receive a receipt within two working days, please contact us.
5. Course Access
Once enrolment is confirmed and payment received, you will be provided access to course materials for a period of twelve months from the course start date. This gives you adequate time to revisit readings and worksheets at a pace that suits you.
Course materials are provided for your personal use and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed. Each enrolment covers one individual learner. Paired enrolments cover the two named individuals only.
If access is disrupted due to a technical issue on our side, we will work to restore it promptly and may extend access duration where a material disruption has occurred.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Learner cancellation. If you need to withdraw before the course begins, please notify us in writing at least seven calendar days before the start date and we will arrange a full refund. If you cancel within seven days of the start date, or after the course has begun, we are unable to offer a refund, though in exceptional personal circumstances we will consider deferring your place to a future intake.
Cancellation by Majulah Finance. If we need to cancel or substantially reschedule a course intake, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or a transfer to another intake, at your choice.
To request a cancellation or deferral, write to [email protected] with your name and course enrolment reference.
7. Learner Conduct
We welcome learners of all backgrounds and ask that all interactions — whether in group settings, written communications with our team, or online forums if any — remain respectful. We reserve the right to withdraw access for conduct that is harmful or disruptive, without refund.
Our courses involve sharing of financial information in some exercises. Any personal information shared by other learners in a group context should be treated with the same discretion you would want for your own.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content, readings, templates, and worksheets provided by Majulah Finance remain our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own private study during the access period.
You may print materials for personal reference. You may not reproduce, adapt, or share them with others or publish them in any form without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer — Educational Scope
Majulah Finance provides educational content about household finances. Our courses are designed to build understanding and clarity, not to direct specific financial decisions.
Nothing in our courses, materials, spoken content, written communications, or website constitutes financial advice under Singapore law. We are not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide financial advisory services.
If you have specific questions about your financial situation — for example, whether to refinance a loan, consolidate debt, or adjust your CPF contributions — we encourage you to seek the guidance of a licensed financial adviser or approach a service such as Credit Counselling Singapore, which offers free and confidential support.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Majulah Finance's liability for any claim arising from course enrolment or the use of course materials is limited to the fees paid by the learner for the relevant course.
We are not liable for financial decisions made by learners based on course content, or for outcomes arising from such decisions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. We would, however, always prefer to resolve any concern informally first — please contact us before pursuing formal proceedings.
